Some simple things you can do to make a difference in your lifestyle:
1 - Quit Smoking! If you don't smoke, don't start!
2 - Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
3 - reduce your stress
4 - Take the stairs instead of the elevator
5 - Park your car as far away as possible from the building
6 - Buy a pedometer and track your steps!
7 - Walk your dog
8 - Take your kids to the park and run around with them for 30 minutes
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, most days of the week.
